Once your property is being marketed, your letting agent will be able to maximise viewing opportunities by arranging viewings for you at times that suit you. Alternatively, you may give full unfettered access to allow greater flexibility for viewings. You will need to provide keys and access to any security measures you have.

It is also worth considering how you can get the most out of your viewings, to impress possible tenants. You should, for example:

• Prepare answers to possible questions that viewers/potential tenants may ask.
• Be approachable/friendly to the viewers.
• Ensure your commercial property is in a presentable state (Undertake any minor repairs etc). You may wish to provide a shell finish in order for the tenant to fit out if you have shop or cafe premises.
